Playing together

The games are for entertainment. Prompts invite harmless opinions, not factual judgements about anyone. Play respectfully and let anyone skip an activity by leaving the game. Do not use the service to harass others, interfere with its operation or access it unlawfully.

Content and availability

Site branding, software and content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the games for personal entertainment. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licences. You must not copy or distribute site materials in ways that infringe applicable rights.

We may correct questions, improve the games or change availability. Browser data can be lost when you clear storage or change devices; saved progress is not guaranteed.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our breach.
